Installation
The card reader terminal is mounted on a wall near an entry/exit point or on a turnstile. Personnel receive ID cards (credit card-sized) that can feature the company logo. These cards can be serialized and may include personal identification information. For businesses with high employee turnover, logoed and serialized cards are recommended.
The PDKS software developed by our company is installed on a computer within the facility. The software is regularly updated based on customer requirements. The program parameters are configured according to shift times and system preferences. User training is provided so the parameters can be adjusted as needed.
Usage
Personnel scan their cards when entering and exiting. All data is stored in the reader’s internal memory. At any time, the user can retrieve this data and process it using the PDKS software.
The system allows generating detailed reports, such as:
-
Late arrivals
-
Early departures
-
Overtime workers
-
Absentees
Optionally, the system can also calculate both regular and overtime wages, and produce monthly salary statements. If any employee disputes their salary, an individual salary slip can be printed and provided.
