The SECUDA SEC 950 metal door detector, the best in its class, alarms regardless of the location or direction of the metal passed through. With its large LCD screen, all technical parameters, security ratings, and safety standards can be easily set along with sensitivity adjustments.

It divides the passage area inside the door into 33 scanning zones with sensors—11 vertical and 3 horizontal zones. It clearly indicates in which of these 33 zones the detected metal is located, allowing immediate identification of the dangerous item's position. Since it has more zones than detectors with 6 or 18 zones, it performs a more detailed and sensitive scan. The alarm settings can be adjusted based on the size and volume of the metal. For example, it can be set not to alarm for coins but to alarm for belt buckles. This setting prevents alarms for small metals that do not pose a threat, speeding up the screening process.
